SN 52.8 Salalāgāra Sutta
🌻🌻 Không Thể Hoàn Tục

Sikkhaṃ hīnāyāvattissatīti—netaṃ ṭhānaṃ vijjati
Tỷ-kheo ấy, thưa chư Hiền, được tu tập bốn niệm xứ, được làm cho sung mãn bốn niệm xứ, có thể từ bỏ giới trở lui hoàn tục; sự kiện như vậy không xảy ra. Vì sao? Vì này chư Hiền, tâm người ấy đã lâu ngày thiên về viễn ly, hướng về viễn ly, xuôi về viễn ly, lại trở lại hoàn tục, sự kiện như vậy không xảy ra.
So vata, āvuso, bhikkhu cattāro satipaṭṭhāne bhāvento cattāro bahulīkaronto paccakkhāya tissatīti—netaṃ satipaṭṭhāne sikkhaṃ hīnāyāvattissatīti—netaṃ ṭhānaṃ vijjati. Taṃ kissa hetu? Yañhi taṃ, āvuso, cittaṃ dīgharattaṃ vivekaninnaṃ vivekapoṇaṃ vivekapabbhāraṃ taṃ vata hīnā- yāvattissatīti—netaṃ ṭhānaṃ vijjati.
Indeed, friends, when that bhikkhu is developing and cultivating the four establishments of mindfulness, it is impossible that he will give up the training and return to the lower life. For what reason? Because for a long time his mind has slanted, sloped, and inclined towards seclusion. Thus it is impossible that he will give up the training and return to the lower life.
